2026 Niagara Falls Farmers' Market Sponsorship Form

Important Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor of the Niagara Falls Farmers’ Market (NFFM).  We ask that all interested parties complete the following sponsorship form to confirm their sponsorship request.  A Staff representative will contact the applicant once the application has been reviewed.  Please note, that sponsorship is not guaranteed upon submission. Applications are reviewed for content and date requests.  Once approved, the applicant will receive an email notice that will highlight the success of the application.

Market sponsorship can be for one week, a full season or anything in between. Sponsors will be offered Market space, complimentary social media posts on NFFM feeds and signage space allocated at the Market per sponsored event date. Please note, the Market may accommodate multiple sponsors on a weekly basis. 

2026 Market Season:
Our 2026 Niagara Falls Farmers' Market Season will run on Saturdays (7 a.m. to 1 p.m.) from May 23, 2026, through October 10, 2026 (21 weeks).

Please note that due to Public Health guidelines and other considerations, there may be ongoing updates to Market operations, including potential relocations, delays, or cancellations. Any updates will be communicated to vendors and sponsors they become available.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO COMPLETING THIS FORM:

Market Booths:
Are assigned by date and upon payment. One 12’x16’ booth space will be allotted to a Market Sponsor who wishes to participate on-site. Those who do, must bring their own display materials including table, chair(s), tent and weights/supplies needed to secure the tent structure (if using). Booth space extensions may be negotiated with Niagara Falls Farmers’ Market representative in advance, depending on space availability. Sponsors are NOT to conduct sales on market grounds. Sponsors are free to distribute promotional material, offer giveaways/samples, and canvas for email lists/social media followings. Other sources such as power and running water are not provided. There will be a portable washroom on-site.

Sponsors are to ensure they have enough representatives to attend to their booth for the full duration of the Market day, from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sponsor staff and/or volunteers are to arrive at least 30 minutes before the Market opens at 7 a.m. so they have enough time to set up and park their vehicles. Vendors and Sponsors can start to setup on-site at 6:00 a.m. Market volunteers will be on-site to assist if needed.

Promotional Materials:
Cards, flyers, banners, etc. promoting the sponsor organization can be displayed at the City’s front entrance table if so desired. It is the Sponsor’s responsibility to deliver these materials there at the start of the day on their assigned date.

Social Media Promotion:
Sponsors will be mentioned and tagged in NFFM social media posts (Instagram and Facebook) leading up to/following the date of sponsorship. Images of your team/organization are welcome to help facilitate promotions. Sponsors are expected to post at least once to their social media feeds  promoting the Market, tagging @nffarmermarket (Instagram) and @NiagaraFallsFarmersMarket (Facebook) so it can be shared on the Niagara Falls Farmers’ Market accounts.

Fees:
Sponsorship fee structure are as follows:
  • $400.00 for one date
  • $700.00 for two dates
  • $300 per date - Multi dates of 3 or more up to 10 dates
  • $3,000.00 for half a season (11 dates)
  • $5,000.00 for a full season (21 dates)

Fees are payable online with credit card on the City’s website. Please create an Activenet account online to make payment. If you are having difficulty, please call our Customer Service Representatives at 905-356-7521 ext.3341 for assistance. Please do not attempt to make payment until the sponsorship has been approved by an authorized Market representative.

Market Setup & Parking:
Sponsors must be setup by 6:45 a.m. on the day of the Market event. Tear down can begin anytime after 1 p.m. Sponsors can use the vendor parking area, located at the northeast section of the parking lot directly above the Market area (a map of the Market footprint will be forwarded once the sponsorship process has been approved).
