Welcome to the 2026 Niagara Falls Santa Claus Parade Entry Application!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT DATES
PARADE HELD: Saturday, November 14, 2026, 4 to 5:30 pm.
APPLICATIONS DUE: Sunday, October 11, 2026 by 11 pm.
ACCEPTANCE OFFERS: groups will be notified no later than Monday, October 26.
PAYMENTS AND INSURANCE: will be due no later than Wednesday, November 4, by 11 pm. Failure to meet this deadline may result in your offer to participate being withdrawn.
* Submission of a float entry application does not guarantee that the applicant will be offered an opportunity to participate in the parade. Applications will be reviewed by the Santa Claus Parade Committee and the City’s events staff. All Applicants will be notified by city staff as to their acceptance or if the application was declined.
ENTRY FEES:
- Community Group: $30 including tax
- Commercial Entry: $350 including tax
- Food Vendor: $150 including tax
- Sponsorships levels begin at $500. Please connect with staff for details.
IMPORTANT: This application includes participation, permission and media consent
waivers for your entire group. Please ensure each of your group's members (or their parent/guardian) have reviewed and agree to the terms of these waivers.
