Program Overview
The City of Niagara Falls Community Gardens Program enables charities, non-profits and organized groups to apply to create and operate a new community garden. All applicants must be a legal entity that will have the ability to enter into a lease agreement with the City of Niagara Falls and also must be able to acquire a certificate of insurance for $5,000,000.00.
Application Period:
The Community Garden Program Application will be open year-round. Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the Environmental Action Committee during their regular committee meeting.
