By entering the Schoolacup Competition and submitting video content, you agree to the terms of the competition and your name and the content you share may be used for promotional purposes by the City of Niagara Falls in print, on our website and social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

I agree that neither the City of Niagara Falls, nor any agent, employee, or volunteer of either assumes any responsibility for any personal injury or property damage suffered in connection with the event howsoever caused (including negligence and excepting only wilful misconduct) and agree to release and hold harmless such parties from any such claims for injury or damage.
