- Include your name and penalty notice number on all submitted documentation.
- The Screening Officer's decision is FINAL and will be provided to you at the Hearing.
Administrative Penalty Fee amounts
- Late Payment Fee: $25.00 per month of delay
- Screening No Show Fee: $50.00
- Hearing No Show Fee: $100.00
- Land Title Searching Fees: $55.00
